Shipping Policy Effective Date: May 31, 2025

At 24 Jewels & Counting, we’re committed to getting your custom timepiece to you safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Below, you'll find a detailed overview of our shipping process, delivery timelines, and important information regarding domestic and international orders.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During this time, your watch is carefully inspected, tested, and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in exceptional condition.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
  • A second email with tracking information will be sent once your item has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We exclusively use trusted express shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Canada Post Xpresspost for both domestic and international deliveries. These services provide reliable and trackable delivery worldwide.

Shipping Time for In-Stock Watches:

  • Once an order is placed it typically takes 24-48 hours to ensure your watch(es) are processed, packaged, and labelled with the correct address.
  • This 24-48 hour day buffer time is to ensure your information is inputted into our systems correctly and allows for time to contact us if mistakes were made in the purchasing process.  
  • Expect an order summary email immediately after ordering and a shipping email within 2 days of ordering to track your order.
  • Delivery typically occurs within 1 week after shipping fulfilment.
  • In total, an in stock watch will take 1-2 weeks, but is usually faster. 
  • Transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
  • We will notify you if there are any expected delays.

Shipping Time for Made-to-Order or Out-of-Stock Watches:

NOTE: Order these watches 35+ days in advance from when you would like to receive them.

  • These pieces require custom assembly or restocking, where parts are ordered in, assembled and finally shipped to your doorstep. 
  • Expect an order summary email immediately after ordering, and a shipping email within 3-4 weeks after ordering to track your order. 
  • Order and assembly typically takes 3-4 weeks.
  • Delivery typically occurs within 1 week after shipping fulfilment.
  • In total, a custom assembly or restocking build will take 4-5 weeks to reach your doorstep, but is usually faster.
  • Transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
  • We will notify you if there are any expected delays.

3. Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide from Canada. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, as we cannot make changes once the package has left our facility.


4. Duties, Taxes, and Customs

All duties, import taxes, and customs fees are waved from your purchase price wherever possible. We aim to create a seamless, worry-free experience for international buyers.

  • For countries where duties cannot be prepaid, you will be notified at checkout.
  • Any delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control, but we are happy to assist with documentation if needed.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Disclaimers

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, strikes, holidays, customs, or courier issues.
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the courier. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
